New year new me...sorta...

Oh boy

Ok so my goals this year is to make it the best year ever for my modelling and merchandise, and all the other good stuff!

The best way for me to do my best is to feel my best! SO I'm planning a bit of a diet!

 

 

Now I don't plan on starving myself, or being really picky...but instead I plan to just minus out the bad and add in the good. Now at this point everyone says don't use weight as a goal becuase blah blah..use inches and all that jazz. But I do what I want...and I don't like looking at the scale and seeing what I see..so I will do both!

So let's start!

Weight is 150---GOAL is 135 or so that means 15 pounds or something.

I plan to MINUS: Pop, pizza and heavy carbs

I plan to ADD: Multi vitamins, lots of water, fruits, veggies, all that good junk

I plan to also : probably work out..cardio or something.

Now I don't have my gym membership anymore, but I plan to walk more and do small work outs every day. I also plan do to corset training to help me shape!
